Bio: This is Hanz's second year as Head Coach of girls' soccer at Forest Lake High School.  
         He enjoys playing soccer.  He played Amateur D1 soccer with the Kickers, coaches for
         the Black Hawks Soccer Club in the off-season and is still on a gold division soccer team 
         with 3M.  He works full-time for the State of Minnesota and is also a Major in the 
         Minnesota National Guard.  Hanz and his wife, Heidi, are also assistant scuba diving
         instructors. 
                  
         Previous Affiliations: St. Bernards/St. Agnes Head Coach two years; Assistant Coach at 
         the College of St. Catherine three years; Head Coach for both the boys' & girls' teams 
         at Riverfalls' High School four years; and was an Assistant at Riverfalls College three 
         years.

Bio:  This is Rich's second season with the girls' soccer program. 
          He is very excited to work with the girls' varsity team this
          year.  Rich graduated from Forest Lake High School in 1988 
          where he wrestled and played soccer.  He then persued his
          degrees from the University of St. Thomas in 1992 and from
          St. Cloud State in 1995 and has been teaching and coaching
          in the district full-time since 1997.  He has coached wrestling
          at the varsity level and football at the varsity, sophomore and 
          7th grade levels.  He is a social studies teacher at the high
          school.  Rich and his wife, Sheila, live in Pine City, and have
          three beautiful girls; Emily, Abby, and Maddy.
